Sarah is certified in a several leadership and communication assessments such as EQi and TruScore 360s. She has also worked with Insights Discovery, StrengthFinders,
Hogan and Meyers Briggs and is very able to include understanding of those profiles into coaching discussions.
Choose from several coaching packages, or Sarah will work with you to customize a coaching package that fits your needs. Most of her coaching clients engage her virtually, but she is happy to meet in-person if time and geography allows

3 months/7 sessions
A three month commitment to reviewing your leadership style, strengths, challenges and goals. Includes either an EQi (Emotional Intelligence) or HDRQ (Communication Style) assessment. The first session will be used to establish goals and focus areas for the three months.
6 months/unlimited sessions
For the leader in transition (moving to a higher level role) or who wants to really do a deep review of where they are at and how to continue to grow. Includes EQi or HDRQ and TruScore 360 to gain rich feedback from those who know and work closely with the leader. While 2 sessions per month are usually effective, this package allows for unlimited sessions - Sarah is available as much as you need her over your coaching timeframe.
