What clients are saying...

Leadership 101

Sarah will work with your first-time and newly promoted leaders to develop and enhance critical leadership skills like delegation, motivation, coaching and giving feedback.  One full day or two half-days is recommended.

Leadership 201

For the leaders who are adding more teams or taking on more leadership responsibility/higher level roles.  This session helps them get better at learning what they need to stop doing  (what got your here, won't get you there!) and how they can be sure to create time to take on more strategic thinking and leadership tasks.  More leading, less "doing".  One full day or two half days is recommended.

Leadership Skill Close-Up

When you need a group of leaders to really become exceptional with a certain skill, this is the choice.  You'll work with Sarah to determine the focus - examples are goal setting, decisions making, coaching, managing change, etc. - and she will create a series of sessions that allow the group to learn, practice and apply that skill.  Typically done in a series of three, 2-hour sessions, this approach will also include homework for the group to complete in between each session.
