Thank you so much for an awesome
session with the team...

You’re an integral part of our team health and the success we’ve had...

How effective your leadership team is can be the difference between success and struggle.  A good leadership team requires all members to be able to work together, communicate clearly with each other and with the organization, and build a strong foundation of trust amongst each other in order to navigate the twists and turns of their business.  Investing time in leadership team development can save time in running your business.

Sarah works with leadership teams of all sizes and in all stages of development (brand new, new members, new CEO, etc.).  She typically combines tools and content from her training with the The Table Group in Patrick Lencioni's Five Dysfunctions of a Team and The Advantage, as well as her own decades-long expertise in team building activities and focus areas.

If one of Sarah's most requested sessions isn't quite right, she

will work with you to create exactly what your team needs.

What clients are saying...

Deep Dive (6-8 hours)

Combines the pulse check with an additional half-day of activities and discussion that allow the team to deepen trust and understanding of how to work well together. Can be done in one day or two half-day sessions.

Full Focus (2 days)

Adds-on to the Deep Dive with an additional day to help the team create clarity and alignment in order to effectively lead the organization and achieve business goals.
